  • How do I know my ring size?
    Using the diagram and chart below, you can measure around the finger using paper or string, line it up next to a ruler, then reference the chart for corresponding ring size.
  • When will I be charged after placing order?
    Once your order is placed, we will put a temporary hold on your form of payment for the full amount of the order. Once your order is shipped, your form of payment will be charged and the temporary hold will be a permanent charge.
  • When can I expect my order to be delivered?
    We create all pieces made to order. Processing time will vary between 2-3 weeks. After your order is made, we will ship to you free of charge via FedEX express shipping which can take 3-5 business days.
  • Will a signature be required on delivery?
    Yes, a signature will be required by the purchaser upon delivery. If you will not be home for delivery times, you can contact FedEX management to have it sent and picked up at a FedEX shipping center.
  • What is your return policy?
    All items are final sale. However, where applicable, you may exchange an item for another one and the difference will be refunded or owed upon shipping. For repairs or sizing, please refer to our Warranty FAQ.
  • How long do I have to make an exchange?
    Within 15 days of receiving your order, you can request an exchange. Processing and delivery times will be the same as your initial order once your original order is received by us.
  • What is your warranty policy?
    We offer a factory warranty on all items. Sizing: Items that can be sized, we will do the first one free of charge. Depending on the size change (+/- 2 sizes max) a new ring may need to be made and will count as an exchange and a difference may be owed. Any subsequent size changes will be will be charged at $150-$250 depending on size change. Diamonds: If by any reason stones are missing or damaged upon delivery, we will replace them free of charge. If diamonds are missing or damaged through wear and tear of the user, we will replace them and charge accordingly.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
