7. Returns and Refunds
At EXOE we strive to guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will honor a 30-day exchange or refund period. (30) day exchange or refund period will begin upon the time of delivery and is contingent on the terms set forth below:
(a) Returns:
(i) Item(s) must be returned in a new and unused state, with all documents and appraisals (if applicable), along with original EXOE box and packaging.
(ii) No changes or alterations have been made to the item(s). Including but not limited to; engravings, sizing, additions of stones, or any work not done by EXOE exclusively.
(iii) Item(s) will be subject to inspection by EXOE to ensure returned item(s) satisfy the requirements above. In the case of an item not meeting above standards, a refund will be refused and item(s) sent back to client.
(b) Refunds:
Once returned item(s) are confirmed to comply with (a)Returns:, a full refund will be issued to the client's credit card within fourteen (14) business days.
(c) Exchanges:
Client may return and exchange item(s) subject to terms set forth below;
(i) Item(s) to be exchanged must comply with terms set out in (a)Returns:
(ii) If returned item(s) to be exchanged for item(s) of greater value, the cost of returned item(s) will be deducted from new item(s) and price difference will be charged to client’s credit card.
(iii) If returned item(s) to be exchanged for item(s) of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to client’s credit card within fourteen (14) business days.
8. EXOE Warranty
Defects:
At EXOE we take immense pride in our quality and craftsmanship. Every piece undergoes rigorous testing and quality control inspections before we allow it to be shipped to our clients. However, if you receive a product that seems to be defective, you may send it back in accordance with the Return policy- at no charge.
Once EXOE has confirmed there is a manufacturing defect upon inspection, the following options will be provided to the client:
(i) EXOE will remake the same design with the same variations (size, gold, diamond, etc..) as originally ordered, then shipped to client at no charge, subject to availability.
(ii) The client may exchange for another item in compliance with our Exchange policy.
(iii) The client may request a full refund.
Resizing:
Our size guide has been meticulously designed to maintain accuracy within EXOE’s manufacturing process. It is encouraged that the steps in the size guide are followed carefully by the client to provide the most correct ring size. Sizing any ring after it has been made requires cutting, heating, and manipulation of metals; a procedure if not done correctly, can compromise structural integrity or even cause catastrophic failure. EXOE will mitigate these risks by adhering to our resizing policy set forth:
(i) Item(s) can only be sized once.
(ii) Ring(s) can only be sized to a maximum of one (1) whole size larger or smaller.
(iii) Eternity rings cannot be sized
(iv) No changes or alterations have been made to the item(s). Including but not limited to; engravings, sizing, additions of stones, or any work not done by EXOE exclusively.
9. Changes to Terms
EXOE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after revisions are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
