RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At EXOE we strive to guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will honor a 30-day exchange or refund period. (30) day exchange or refund period will begin upon the time of delivery and is contingent on the terms set forth below:

(a) Returns:

(i)  Item(s) must be returned in a new and unused state, with all documents and appraisals (if applicable), along with original EXOE box and packaging.

(ii)  No changes or alterations have been made to the item(s). Including but not limited to; engravings, sizing, additions of stones, or any work not done by EXOE exclusively.

(iii)  Item(s) will be subject to inspection by EXOE to ensure returned item(s) satisfy the requirements above. In the case of an item not meeting above standards, a refund will be refused and item(s) sent back to client.  

(b) Refunds:

Once returned item(s) are confirmed to comply with (a)Returns:, a full refund will be issued to the client's credit card within fourteen (14) business days.

(c) Exchanges:

Client may return and exchange item(s) subject to terms set forth below;

(i)  Item(s) to be exchanged must comply with terms set out in (a)Returns:

(ii)  If returned item(s) to be exchanged for item(s) of greater value, the cost of returned item(s) will be deducted from new item(s) and price difference will be charged to client’s credit card.

(iii)  If returned item(s) to be exchanged for item(s) of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to client’s credit card within fourteen (14) business days.
